Parade

Route
Starts at Marian Hall; to Castle St, Main St, Emmet Sq, Emmet St.
Please Note: This year parade finishes at St. Brendan’s Church of Ireland. Parade participants return to the Marian Hall via Oxmantown Mall & Rosse Row. It would be appreciated if Castle St, Main St, Emmet Sq and Emmet St could be left free of cars from 9am to 5.30pm on Sunday.
NOTE: Parade entry registration at Marian Hall before 1.30pm

Traffic Diversions
Traffic diversions will be in operation from outside the town from Fri 11 Aug to Fri 18 Aug. Local diversions will be operated within the town during the week. Your co-operation is appreciated.
No Hawkers or Ticket Sellers

Competitions

Vintage Photographic Competition
Enter your photographs illustrating the spirit of Birr Vintage Week & Arts Festival 2006 and what the Festival means to you! Non-returnable entries, €1 each, to festival office by Friday 18 August at 12 mid-day. Entries to be displayed at Finale Night with presentation of prizes.

Vintage Shop-Window Display
Calling on all shop-owners to dress up your window in vintage style to remember days gone by. Prize kindly sponsored by Butlers Pharmacy.
