Big Generator have always been regarded as somewhat of a benchmark of how a band should sound and perform in their native Ireland.
With over 20 years hard work and experience under their belts, the band is still striving for more.
They have always shone in their live gigs with an honest energy and passion for always putting on their best show possible at the heart of their performances.
With an exciting new single due for release later this year the future is still as bright as ever for Big Generator.

DICKIE DONNELLY
& THE ENTOURAGE

Dickie Donnelly will perform on this years Fireworks Night Gig Rig joined by the 6 piece Entourage Band comprised of Offaly based musicians. This particular project band will bring to you a taste of 80s and 90s classics from movie hits to dancefloor stompers.
Celebrating 30 years in music this year, Dickie began his music career playing locally and has taken to the stage all over Ireland, UK, and the US.
In 2019, Dickie won the IIRRA Entertainer of the year award which led him into the corporate and wedding industry where he has remained since. Dickie also fronts a number of bands including Route 66
Dickie is currently signed to the Singers Secreto Agency in Belfast UK and performs nationwide.

PARKING
A number of ACCESSIBLE parking spaces are available for wheelchair users/those with additional needs at Birr Leisure Centre. Access to these is via the entrance to Scurragh (beside Applegreen).
There is NO other parking available on site.
Please avail of the other car parks in the town including Tesco Car Park or the Car Park behind the Playground on Wilmer Road. The Rugby Club is a short walk from these locations.
ROAD CLOSURES
The entrance to Scurragh road will be closed to local access only this evening as well as the lane beside Inver (Spar/Supermacs) to facilitate our event set-up.
So, please leave plenty of time to arrive to the Rugby Club.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
The closest toilets are located in Applegreen or Inver.
